Daily User:

The Daily User is designed for title insurance firms and other real estate related businesses that are in need of daily access to the land records recorded in Langlade County. The Daily User will need to establish and set up and Escrow Account and maintain a positive balance in order to pay for the fees related to this site.  You will also need to complete the LandShark Account Information to establish a user name and password to access this site.

The fees assessed are used to pay for the support and maintenance of this system. The search and tract information is available at no cost, but when you "download" and view an image, the cost is the statutory fee of $2.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page. Your balance and current transactions will be posted within the "Info Box" on the right side of this page while you are logged into this system.

If you have any questions regarding any information on this site or to receive direction in obtaining your documents, please call or visit the Langlade County Register of Deeds office.

Occassional User:
The Ocassional User will be someone that may only need to visit this site for recorded documents in Langlade County on a limited basis. This service will require the use of a credit card* in order to purchase documents through LandShark.  There will be a convenience fee along with the statutory fee of $2.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page when you "download" and view an image in this system.

If you do not have a good real estate background, or if you are not familiar with LandShark for accessing land records system, you may have difficulty using this system.  You are best advised to contact a title/abstract professional who can assist you in locating your documents (*Note there will most likely be a fee charged for this service those fees are set by the business not the Langlade County Register of Deeds). The Langlade County Register of Deeds does not perform real estate searches, nor locate your deeds or documents.

*At this time the Langlade County Register of Deeds does not have credit card service set up in LandShark for the Occasional User. There will also be an additional convenience fee when processing the credit card.

Welcome to Langlade County LandShark

Here you can perform a search of our county land records tract information at no charge; you must however log-in to enter the system.

If you are a regular escrow account user please log in using your username and password, and doing so will automatically debit any charges to your escrow account. If you don't have an escrow account you may log in using

Username: public1 Password: public

Once you have logged into the system we strongly suggest that you click the "HELP" tab and then read or download the "Landshark User Guide". If you have established an escrow account it is your responsiblity to manage your account, including adding and deleting users.

Currently credit card use is not available, thus unless you have an escrow account, you will not be able to view/purchase images. You will need to identify which documents you wish to purchase, then send an e-mail to ONE of us which includes the document numbers you wish to obtain. We will respond via e-mail with the total cost for the documents you've requested.

After you've gotten our response regarding the cost, you can then visit the county website and authorize a credit card payment for your documents. Upon receipt of the payment and as our work schedule permits we will e-mail you the copies you've requested.
